Refunds are only available for items that are damaged during shipping. If this is the case with your order, please email email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). Shipping return cost will be covered by GOOD GOOD with a pre paid label. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds must be mailed within 14 days of receipt. We will notify you once a refund has been issued.
